There are two Emmaus Bible College's. One is in Dubuque, Iowa and was founded in 1942 in Toronto, Ontario by Tatham, John Smart, and Ed Harlow. Presidents have included Ed Harlow, William MacDonald, Dan Smith, and Ken Daughters. It was later relocated in Oak Park, Illinois, and then in 1984 took its present location in Dubuque, Iowa. It is an accredited school where students can attend for one year for a bible certificate, three years for an Associates, or four years for a Bachelor of Science. Emmaus currently offers a diversity of majors, including Bible, Music, Computer Information Systems, Missions, as well as minors in counseling, TESOL (teaching English as a second language) and others. Its students come from a variety of backgrounds with majority being from open assemblies around the world. Their focus is in teaching the Bible to young people so that they can be more effective in their local churches, overseas, jobs and families. Contact information can be found at Emmaus (United States) . You can also learn more about Emmaus and becoming a student at Emmaus Bible College.

Emmaus celebrated their 65th anniversary over October 12-15th with over four hundred alumni present from all over the world. Emmaus also hosts "Discover Emmaus Weekend" twice a year which enables people considering Emmaus to sample the college's offerings. More information on that at www.emmaus.edu.

In August of 2005, an alumnus named Paul McLellan started a web community called ebcalumni.net for alumni of Emmaus. It is a separate work apart from the college, that is not endorsed by Emmaus and is administrated by alumni intending to network old alumni friends. More information can be found at ebcalumni.net.

There is also an Emmaus Bible College in Australia. More information including contact information and leadership can be found at Emmaus Australia
