Canada – Atlantic Provinces
From BrethrenPedia
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland are called the Canada – Atlantic Provinces. The earliest settlers were French Catholic; later settlers were Scottish, mostly Presbyterian. From the time of the first assembly in those provinces in 1885, bitter opposition marked the movement.
